Crafter’s is pigment ink with a kick! This ink is ideal for fabric, wood, paper and more. It becomes permanent with a simple heat set. Use a heat tool and heat set stamped images for 1 – 2 minutes, cool for 5 – 10 minutes and repeat if necessary. After heat setting, allow all projects to cool and “air set” for at least 15 minutes before handling. Here’s how to use Crafter’s ink on fabric: Wash fabric first without using any fabric softener. Machine dry without using any dryer sheets. Iron wrinkles out of fabric. Then ink your stamp and stamp image onto fabric. Lay your fabric between two sheets of newsprint then use a hot, dry iron to press the ink dry. Press down on the iron and hold for about 30 seconds, lift and move to another part of the design. Continue this process until the images are dry. Let air dry for another few minutes and repeat if necessary. You can throw your fabric in the dryer, set on high, for another 30 – 60 minutes to finish curing the ink. Crafter’s mini inkpads pack a punch of high quality ink and vibrant colour. These compact little mini’s can be used to ink any size stamp.
